Mike Golden: A graduate of UT School of Law, Mike Golden is partner at Boulette & Golden specializing in employment litigation. He has been involved in AYLA since 2004 working on projects like the AYLA Foundation Poker Tournament and the Las Vegas CLE. Golden is currently an AYLA Director, serving as co-chair of the AYLA Charity Softball Tournament and as a member of the Bylaws Subcommittee.
Mari Robinson: Mari Robinson is the Executive Director of the Texas Medical Board. She has been active in AYLA, including co-chairing the Holiday Baskets program; organizing medical services for the Women's Resource Fair; creating and chairing a toiletries drive benefiting Caritas; and serving as co-editor of the AYLA newsletter pages. Robinson is a past winner of the AYLA Outstanding Committee member award and is serving as Treasurer of AYLA.

Adam Schramek: Adam Schramek is a senior associate with Fulbright & Jaworski whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He currently serves as AYLA Secretary, co-chair of the CLE Committee, and chair of the LegalLine committee. Schramek is dedicated to ensuring that AYLA continues its long history of community service and enhancing its member services with programs focused on helping young attorneys develop professionally.

Cindy Grossman: A tax/business attorney with Giordani Swanger Ripp & Phillips, Cindy Grossman has served on the AYLA Board of Directors for two years. She has chaired or co-chaired many of the fundraising activities benefitting the AYLA Foundation, such as the Poker Tournament and the auction component of this year’s AYLA 50th Birthday Bash. Grossman's time outside of work is spent chasing after her 16-month old daughter.
Kennon Peterson: A 2004 UT School of Law graduate, Kennon Peterson clerked for Chief Justice Wallace B. Jefferson upon graduation. She then worked for Baker Botts until July 2008, when she became the rules attorney for the Texas Supreme Court. Peterson was a student liaison for AYLA during law school and became a board member in 2007. She is also the AYLA Community Service Days Committee chair and a member of the Legal Build Committee.

Brad Compere: For the past year Brad Compere has served on the AYLA Board of Directors, giving time and energy to the furtherance and recognition of young lawyers in the Austin community. Compare has chaired the Docket Call Committee, the networking arm of the organization, and hopes to continue with his active participation as an AYLA Director.
William “Monty” Exter: Monty Exter recently joined the Association of Texas Professional Educators' governmental relations team after serving as an administrative judge for the Texas Workforce Commission. Previously he worked on the legislative staff of State Representative Mike Villarreal. A graduate of BaylorLawSchool, Exter clerked for Legal Aide, the UT criminal defense clinic, and the Honorable Judge Alan Mayfield.
Nicki (Grodner) Glauser: A graduate of UT School of law, Nicki Glauser is a fourth-year litigation associate with Vinson & Elkins. As an AYLA Board member from 2007-2009, Glauser organized the annual high school mock trial tournament, assisted in organizing the Women's Resource Fair, volunteered with TYLA's "They had a Dream Too" program, and assisted in raising funds for AYLA's other service projects.
Alfonso Hernandez: Alfonso was licensed to practice law in 2007. As an associate with Evans & Peek, in Austin, he practices criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation. Prior to joining Evans & Peek, Hernandez practiced as a solo doing mostly transactional law. Active in the Austin community, Hernandez is a father, husband, PTA member, and a member liaison between the Hispanic Bar Association of Austin and the AYLA.
Dustin Howell: Dustin Howell graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in May 2008. As a law student, Howell served as chair of the Law Student Division of the State Bar and as the law student liaison to TYLA. He is now serving as a law clerk to Chief Justice Wallace B. Jefferson of the Supreme Court of Texas and co-chairs the AYLA Community Service Days Committee.
Lauren Kleine: Lauren Kleine is a Senior Managing Attorney in the Open Records Division of the Attorney General’s Office. Currently the Attorney General’s Office representative for the AYLA board, Kleine co‑chairs the Membership Committee and serves on both the Women’s Resource Fair and the Gala Auction committees. She enjoys being actively involved in the Austin legal community and hopes to encourage more government attorney involvement in AYLA.
Luke Ledbetter: An associate with Baker Botts, Luke Ledbetter works primarily on regulatory, environmental, and transactional projects. While in law school, he served as the law student representative on the AYLA board. A former law clerk for Judge James R. Nowlin, Ledbetter holds degrees from the University of Texas School of Law and Cambridge University School of Law. He resides in Austin with his wife Shari and their dog Grace.
Adam Loewy: A partner in Barry & Loewy, Adam Loewy devotes his practice torepresenting Texans who have been seriously injured or killed due to the negligence of others. He graduated from the UT School of Law in 2003 and after mistakenly going to Dallas for a year, he returned to Austin and opened his own personal injury law firm. Loewy is active in the legal community.
Jessica Mangrum: A civil litigator at Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, Jessica Mangrum specializes in product liability, construction, and personal injury law. She has been active in AYLA, participating on its Youth Services Committee, judging mock trial competitions, and volunteering for numerous educational programs. In addition to working with the AustinBar’s Legal Build, Mangrum volunteers for Meals-on-Wheels and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Jarren Wenderlein: A staff attorney for the Texas Department of Insurance in the Enforcement Division, Jarren Wenderlein graduated from UT School of Law in 2007 where she served in many student organizations. An AYLA member since 2008, Wenderlein is currently involved with AYLA working on the Women's Resource Fair committee and plans to actively participate in mobilizing and utilizing AYLA's membership to serve the Austin community.
