AYLA received the following three Texas Young Lawyers Association (TYLA) awards for local affiliates in large cities: (1) in recognition of the Judicial Beer tasting fundraiser, second place for single projects involving service to the bar; (2) in recognition of the Spanish translation of the Re-Entry Guide, third place for single projects involving service to the public; and (3) in recognition of all projects, third place comprehensive. None of these awards would be possible without the active involvement and support of the members of the AYLA.
